Engage directly with on-the-ground personnel, including Community Health Workers, supervisors, and program staff, to collect, record, and analyze feedback, transforming it into practical product enhancements.
Partner with UI/UX designers to create comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and detailed interface specifications that are firmly anchored in authentic user insights and requirements.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as refinement, planning, and retrospectives to ensure the engineering team receives clearly defined and well-structured work.
Conduct user acceptance testing initiatives and oversee feedback mechanisms implemented after product deployment for designated projects.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to product outcomes, then compile and present actionable insights to the Manager of Product Management to guide iteration and enhancement strategies.
Craft precise and informative product documentation and status reports to ensure stakeholders remain well-informed at all times.
