A professional at this level will be assigned to a sub-county to oversee operations across one of the designated focus areas.

Managing agricultural operations to produce crops efficiently and sustainably, ensuring optimal yield and quality while adhering to industry standards and best practices. Overseeing all stages of cultivation, from soil preparation and planting to harvesting and post-harvest handling, with a focus on maximizing productivity and resource utilization. Collaborating with agronomists, labor teams, and suppliers to implement effective farming techniques and maintain equipment. Monitoring crop health through regular field inspections, pest control measures, and data-driven decision-making to mitigate risks and enhance output. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality assurance guidelines throughout the production process.

Assisting with land development initiatives, including site analysis, feasibility studies, and entitlement processes, to ensure efficient and compliant project execution. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and municipal authorities to coordinate permits, zoning approvals, and environmental reviews. Preparing documentation, such as plats, surveys, and development agreements, while adhering to regulatory standards and local ordinances. Conducting site inspections and site plan reviews to verify adherence to design specifications and land use policies. Providing administrative support, including record-keeping, correspondence, and project tracking to facilitate seamless workflow.

Overseeing the operations of the information desk for the sub-county presents a critical role in ensuring efficient dissemination of information to the public. This position involves the supervision of staff, coordination of inquiries, and maintenance of accurate records to support community engagement and service delivery. Responsibilities include addressing visitor questions, directing individuals to appropriate departments, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Experience in a public-facing role and familiarity with office management practices are highly preferred.

Assigned duties may include additional tasks or responsibilities as determined by the supervisor, as needed.

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for the position: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a related industry, proficiency in standard software applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.
