Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the planning, coordination, and execution of core operational tasks that align with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within the team or department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline workflows, and achieve collective goals. Monitor progress through regular performance evaluations, data analysis, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a key liaison between leadership and employees, facilitating transparent communication and fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement.

You will be responsible for verifying adherence to local statutory obligations and US GAAP standards, managing month-end and year-end closing procedures, sustaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations, and compiling statutory financial statements.

Responsibilities include managing the onboarding of new suppliers, processing invoices and allocations, handling employee expense claims, administering corporate credit cards, and ensuring vendors and employees are paid promptly.

Oversee the preparation and submission of VAT, WHT, WHAT, installment tax, and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact with tax authorities, facilitating communication and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.

Oversee the execution of both internal and external audits, collaborate closely with external accounting firms, and uphold adherence to financial control and reporting standards.

Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, oversee accurate asset tracking, perform detailed expense reviews, and enhance financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Oversee intercompany billing processes and reconciliation activities, facilitate settlements in collaboration with the netting center and regional finance teams, ensure adherence to withholding tax obligations, and generate payment files for execution.

Highly qualified candidates will have significant experience in the specified field, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is required, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies is essential, and proficiency in written and verbal communication is a must. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field is required.

Candidates must hold either a Certified Public Accountant (K) credential or be in the final stages of completing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA) qualification.

Up to five years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, tax, or another closely related finance discipline is required.

Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with hands-on experience operating financial systems like SAP, Coup, or comparable ERP solutions is required.

Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, discern key issues, and deliver effective, actionable solutions with precision and insight.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail and unwavering dedication to precision. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all interactions and deliverables.
