Our organization, a premier real estate firm renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in property development, seeks a proactive and driven professional to strengthen its team. The selected Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance duties throughout the premises, encompassing plumbing, electrical repairs, masonry, tile installation, painting, and gypsum work. This position is pivotal in sustaining efficient in-house maintenance operations, thereby enhancing response times, reducing system downtime, and lowering outsourcing expenditures—all while upholding stringent safety and operational standards.

Oversee a range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence and team performance. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and foster a cohesive working environment. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate talent and maximize individual potential. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operations.

Conduct systematic inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and execute repairs for building infrastructure, encompassing plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, tiling, painting, and gypsum installations.

Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues with urgency to reduce downtime and uphold operational efficiency.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to sustain optimal functionality and reliability of all building systems.

Perform installation and repair tasks across various technical disciplines as needed throughout the facility.

Address maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to established protocols.

Maintain strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations in all operational contexts.

Perform routine maintenance and renovation tasks to ensure the facility remains in optimal condition, addressing repairs, refurbishments, and enhancements as needed.

Accurately document all maintenance activities performed and provide detailed reports on completed tasks as well as any outstanding issues.

Oversee the administration and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, encompassing Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, intercom networks, wired and wireless connectivity, and data backup solutions.

Required Specifications

Requires at least three years of hands-on experience in facility or property maintenance roles.

A diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding a CCNA or CCNP certification.

Skilled professionals must possess practical expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, and general maintenance tasks to ensure comprehensive facility upkeep.

Individuals should possess robust information and communications technology proficiencies alongside advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

Highly developed abilities in problem-solving and communication are essential for this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in analyzing complex issues and articulating solutions clearly and effectively.
