Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with corporate clients, business travel collaborators, government entities, non-governmental organizations, and multinational corporations.

Oversee the prompt renewal of contracts, conduct strategic negotiations, and accurately load rates while prioritizing yield management and profitability.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and establishing new corporate accounts within designated industries and sectors.

Craft customized proposals and presentations that precisely address client requirements while reflecting the hotel’s available services.

Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives designed to enhance performance within the corporate travel sector.

Align sales strategies to capitalize on seasonal trends, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business prospects, and fluctuations in market demand cycles.

Deliver measurable growth in room nights, food & beverage consumption, and meeting/conference revenue through strategic engagement with corporate clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to shape strategic responses and guide tactical decision-making.

Compile and deliver precise sales projections alongside strategic marketing analyses.

Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports to the Hotel Manager.

Engage in sales calls, trade events, exhibitions, and client entertainment activities on behalf of the hotel to promote its offerings and strengthen business relationships.

Plan and conduct familiarization trips (Fans) for key corporate clients to showcase destinations and services, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience that aligns with their expectations and strategic objectives.

Ensure client information and activity logs within the CRM system are consistently accurate and current.

Monitor contracts, track booking trends, and evaluate client feedback to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships.
