Reporting to the Head of Asset Finance & Leasing, this position is instrumental in advancing business expansion within the Asset Finance Unit. The Regional Manager will actively seek out and cultivate new business prospects by fostering robust relationships with clients and essential asset dealers—including those specializing in vehicles and equipment—thereby directly supporting the bank’s growth objectives and performance benchmarks.

As a mid-level leader, this position bridges the bank and its partners, serving as a key representative and trusted advisor for the organization. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong professionalism, business insight, and ethical standards while cultivating high-value partnerships and providing client-focused solutions that drive measurable results.

This position is based in strategic vehicle and equipment hub locations nationwide, demanding adaptability and a proactive, hands-on methodology to provide robust support to branches, partners, and customers throughout the designated territory. Oversee critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Diligently cultivate relationships with asset dealers—including vehicle and equipment providers—through consistent on-site interactions to secure high-quality business prospects aligned with Asset Finance expansion objectives.

Develop and uphold a robust, dynamic deal pipeline by focusing on medium and large SMEs, PSV Sacco, and fleet operators, particularly those requiring ongoing asset financing solutions.

Develop, negotiate, and oversee joint marketing and promotional strategies with asset dealers to boost business volumes, while ensuring seamless implementation across branches and relevant teams.

Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products—including current and savings accounts (CASA), insurance, investment solutions, and trade services—to strengthen existing customer relationships and enhance value delivery.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to thoroughly assess customer needs and provide customized asset finance solutions, all while contributing to customer base expansion.

Coordinate training initiatives for product teams and engage in localized marketing efforts alongside vendors, dealers, and internal collaborators to drive product awareness and adoption.

Collect and evaluate market intelligence, drawing from customer feedback and competitor actions, to drive ongoing enhancements and the creation of products that prioritize customer needs.
