Oversee and execute a range of critical duties including the management of daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and fostering a productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and achieve key performance targets. Responsible for organizing, managing, and directing day-to-day estate and packhorse activities to ensure alignment with established production objectives and stringent quality benchmarks.

Achieve agronomic leadership by implementing advanced crop management strategies, optimizing pest and disease control protocols, and enhancing orchard productivity through innovative techniques.

Oversee packhorse operations to ensure the highest possible pack-out rates and throughput, consistently meeting export quality standards.

Develop, oversee, and manage budgets while meticulously tracking expenditures to uphold cost efficiency throughout operations.

Employ available resources strategically to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensures adherence to organizational policies, audit mandates, and governance frameworks.

Oversee the upkeep of estate infrastructure, safeguard assets, and enforce stringent field hygiene standards.

Facilitate positive labor relations, maintain staff discipline, and oversee performance management initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
