Series Luxury Suites presents an Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specifically in CCTV Operations. This entry-level program aims to support individuals with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or related domains, providing them with the tools to advance their careers in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee and execute all primary duties associated with this role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, foster team collaboration, and drive measurable outcomes. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership to support informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to achieve collective goals. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical guidelines to uphold organizational integrity.
Operate and maintain CCTV surveillance systems to safeguard facilities and ensure a secure environment. Monitor feeds diligently and document any incidents with precision and efficiency, promptly reporting them as required.
Support the Security team by contributing to daily operational tasks and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols. Uphold stringent confidentiality measures while consistently meeting and exceeding organizational standards.
The position necessitates a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
