Maintain accurate, current, and comprehensive professional documentation, including work logs, progress reports, rubrics, and student portfolios, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
Oversee after-school clubs based on individual interests or as directed by assignment.
Contribute to the development of character traits and oversee the management of behaviors in alignment with established standards.
As a Music Coach, your primary responsibilities will involve instructing and mentoring students in various musical disciplines, tailoring lessons to individual skill levels and learning styles. You will be tasked with developing personalized practice plans to enhance students’ technical proficiency and artistic expression, as well as assessing their progress through regular evaluations. Additionally, you will prepare students for performances, competitions, or examinations, if applicable, while fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment. Collaborating with other faculty members to integrate music education into broader academic or artistic programs may also be required. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of music theory and performance techniques are essential to this role.

Collaborate with Learning Design and Music Specialists across other NP Primary School campuses to ensure consistent instruction and learning outcomes in Music.
Establish thematic frameworks for school musical events and initiatives to ensure creative cohesion and student engagement.
Develop tailored lesson plans and comprehensive Schemes of Work for enrolled students, ensuring alignment with their learning objectives and curriculum requirements.
Coordinate lesson timetables and register students for examination sessions.
Acquire an in-depth understanding of materials and repertoire tailored to students across various stages of their musical growth.
Maintain open and consistent communication with both the school and parents regarding students’ lesson plans and academic progress.
Facilitate comprehensive preparation of students for performances, examinations, auditions, and festivals, ensuring they are thoroughly equipped to excel in each setting.
We are responsible for planning and executing music events, both on and off campus, including the school’s annual concert.
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all learning resources dedicated to music education.
Guide to team members in providing assistance during music lessons to ensure a productive and supportive learning environment.
About You

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure is critical. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered. A degree in Music along with TSC certification is required.
