Deliver first-line assistance for SAP procurement-related inquiries and operational challenges, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Material Movement (MILO), and Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) transactions.
Oversee the integrity of procurement data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout approval workflows and organizational hierarchies.
Oversee the administration of SAP user access, role assignments, and adherence to security compliance standards.
Oversee the maintenance of vendor master data, verifying its precision and adherence to regulatory standards.
Provide assistance with reporting, conduct data analysis, and lead continuous improvement projects.
Conduct user training sessions and partner with international stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and alignment across all regions.
Seeking a highly skilled professional with proven expertise and a strong background in the field, we require individuals who possess essential competencies and relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in key areas, including advanced technical abilities, project management, and effective communication skills. Additionally, a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a similar role is mandatory, along with a track record of delivering measurable results. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, methodologies, and best practices is also required to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Seeking professionals with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), particularly in Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, preferably with SAP certification.
Sapient expertise in operational and system support, with extensive hands-on involvement, is essential.
Proficiency in workflow management, master data processes, and access control mechanisms is required.
Proven capacity to handle large volumes of inquiries while resolving technical issues with efficiency and precision.
Possesses strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data tracking, reporting, and analytical functions.
