Your mission:

This position oversees the strategic management of designated reseller accounts and fosters key client relationships to drive growth in Epsom’s product portfolio sales.

What you will do:

Oversee communication with designated non ‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.

Demonstrate exceptional performance by consistently exceeding predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the position, including but not limited to a minimum 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to specified talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.

Cold calling involves engaging potential reseller partners by leveraging promotions and campaigns to capture their interest. The role requires evaluating prospects to determine their viability and the strength of the lead, guiding them through the sales process until final closure, and collaborating with other departments to facilitate and secure the transaction.

Duties include promoting additional products and encouraging customers to explore complementary offerings to enhance their purchases.

Actively supporting resellers in attaining their rebates within partner programs, while simultaneously ensuring they are enrolled in the most suitable program to align with Epsom’s objectives and enhance their business profitability.

Dedicated to elevating accounts to the ‘Field Managed’ designation, ensuring strategic growth and operational efficiency through targeted promotional efforts.

To maintain the integrity of the forecast system, it is essential to continuously identify and nurture potential opportunities, ensuring they are promptly entered and consistently updated with accurate information.

Ensure collaboration with business unit leaders for substantial prospects to guarantee product availability.

Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings, as assigned, to effectively promote the brand and its offerings.

Prospect for organizations that may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation as potential resellers.
