Collaborate with the Administrative Team to maintain the visitor tracking system and confirm that all visitors complete the required security briefing—either before their departure or no later than 24 hours after their arrival.
Assist the Operation Coordinator by preparing standard security reports and maintaining the accuracy of relevant databases on an ongoing basis.
Compiles daily security data to support the preparation of monthly reports and enhance decision-making processes.
Provide assistance in organizing and preparing for field visit support activities.
Maintain and regularly update the security and communication tree to ensure it remains current and accurate, while performing monthly evaluations to test its functionality and reliability.
Staff members are responsible for documenting and reporting incidents using the Data system.
The Staff Training Coordinator will provide assistance to the Support Operations team throughout the duration of training sessions. This includes managing logistics, coordinating resources, and ensuring all training materials are prepared and distributed. The role also involves addressing any inquiries from participants and facilitating smooth communication between trainers and trainees.
Assist in the development and upkeep of emergency and contingency planning documentation.
Assist the Operations Coordinator in maintaining comprehensive documentation and distribution of security management protocols for emergency response initiatives to all employees.
Offer emergency response assistance to the Operations Coordinator as part of the backup support team.
Deliver constructive feedback to field personnel regarding security-related questions and escalate inquiries to the Operations Coordinator when specialized technical assistance is needed.
