The primary objective of this position is to oversee and execute key responsibilities essential to the role, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. This individual will be tasked with managing a variety of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team coordination, and performance evaluation, while adhering to established policies and procedures. The individual in this role will oversee the precise and prompt execution of conflict checks, efficiently handle related correspondence and inquiries, and foster proactive communication among team members. Additionally, they will assist in the firm’s risk management protocols and aid in ongoing enhancement initiatives.

What you will do

Performs thorough and meticulous assessments of potential conflicts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Conduct comprehensive and precise conflict checks to ensure accuracy at every stage.

Ensure meticulous organization and visual clarity across all documentation, upholding stringent standards of layout and presentation.

Deliver accurate, pertinent, and trustworthy data to facilitate well-founded and definitive decision-making.

Conduct a thorough review and validation of all conflict checks before they are distributed.

Maintain comprehensive records of all communications and documents associated with each individual case.

Ensures efficient resolution of conflict checks by maintaining an optimal Average Handling Time. Requires meticulous attention to detail in verifying potential conflicts and adherence to established protocols. Responsibilities include promptly identifying and addressing discrepancies, ensuring timely communication with relevant parties, and documenting all actions accurately for compliance and tracking purposes. Proficiency in conflict resolution methodologies and familiarity with regulatory standards are essential. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.

Conduct conflict checks promptly, completing them within the designated period of two to five days.

To ensure timely resolution of cases, promptly pursue any pending information required to facilitate their completion.

Ensure the efficient processing of conflict checks by consistently maintaining an optimal Average Handling Time across the team.

Collaborate with team members as needed to facilitate seamless workflow operations.

Conduct consistent follow-ups to obtain and verify any outstanding information pertaining to cases managed by the team.

Ensure the team consistently achieves the two-to-five-day completion target for conflict checks.

The role requires maintaining clear, consistent, and professional interactions with both team members and senior leadership to ensure alignment on objectives, address concerns promptly, and foster a collaborative work environment. This includes providing updates on project progress, participating in meetings, and relaying feedback or challenges to management as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey information effectively are essential to support decision-making and uphold organizational transparency.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum three years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Python, Java, or C++. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming essential. Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A relevant Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

A minimum of one to two years of practical experience in a related field is required.
