About the Role

Our client is in search of a proactive, results-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth in its corporate client base. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business prospects, cultivating enduring customer relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the stationery and office supplies industry.

This inaugural sales appointment within an upcoming expansion initiative presents a chance to advance into a more extensive sales team as the organization evolves.

Oversee a comprehensive set of duties encompassing the planning, execution, and evaluation of [specific tasks or projects]. Serve as the primary point of contact for [relevant stakeholders or teams] to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategies that enhance [specific processes, performance metrics, or efficiency goals]. Demonstrate and market office stationery, educational supplies, office consumables, printer toners, ink cartridges, and associated products to drive sales and customer engagement.

Facilitate client engagements through on-site visits, delivering compelling presentations, and conducting product demonstrations as required.

Cultivate enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients to foster loyalty and drive sustained satisfaction.

Create detailed quotations and proactively pursue potential sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Guarantee prompt receipt of payments from onboarded clients.

You are responsible for meeting a monthly sales revenue target of KES 1,000,000.

Ensure meticulous documentation of sales activities and customer engagements.

Observe market dynamics and seek out emerging business prospects to enhance strategic growth initiatives.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering results within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities, is essential. A minimum of five years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field are required. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring budget adherence, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout all project phases.
