The service advisor serves as a vital intermediary between customers and the company, coordinating repair services in strict alignment with both customer specifications and established corporate standards. Additionally, this role maintains direct communication with customers, providing timely updates on repair progress.

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to align all stakeholders with project goals. Identify and mitigate risks, implementing proactive strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Monitor progress through regular reporting and adjust workflows as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity. Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, providing clear updates and escalating issues promptly. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout all project phases.

We engage with customers to thoroughly understand and assess their requirements for vehicle repairs.

The technician is responsible for initiating vehicle job cards and meticulously documenting the required repairs.

Providing customers with accurate repair timelines and maintaining strict adherence to those timelines by delivering regular progress updates throughout the repair process.

Developing detailed repair estimates and coordinating with clients to secure prompt authorization for repairs.

Diligently generating invoices for all fully completed repair services and verifying that payments are received in a timely manner.

Oversee ongoing repair operations by coordinating with workshop procurement personnel and technicians to facilitate uninterrupted repair processes within specified deadlines.

Final verification of repair works to confirm compliance with the company’s established standards.

Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy and currency of customer records, as well as ensuring the meticulous documentation of vehicle repairs and service reports.
