Our client is searching for a proactive and performance-oriented Sales Executive to enhance our corporate client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying new business prospects, cultivating enduring customer relationships, and meeting sales objectives in the office supplies industry.

As the inaugural sales team member within a strategic growth initiative, this role presents a chance to progress alongside the company’s expanding commercial operations.

Oversee and execute a range of critical responsibilities, including managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Monitor progress through regular assessments, providing actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Serve as a liaison between leadership and operational staff to streamline communication and enhance productivity.

Proactively seek out and secure new corporate clients, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and wholesale buyers to expand market reach and revenue streams.

Responsibilities include driving sales for a diverse range of office and educational supplies, such as stationery, school materials, office consumables, toners, cartridges, and associated products.

Perform client visits, deliver presentations, and conduct product demonstrations as needed.

Foster enduring partnerships with clients to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.

Develop and present detailed cost estimates and pursue potential sales leads with diligence.

Facilitate prompt and consistent collection of payments from onboarded clients to uphold financial obligations.

Strive to meet a monthly sales revenue target of KES 1,000,000.

Prepare meticulous documentation of sales activities and client engagements to ensure precise record-keeping.

Track evolving market dynamics and uncover emerging business prospects to drive strategic growth initiatives.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record in project management and proficiency in industry-specific software. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
