About Us

Infinite Talent Recruiters, a NEA-certified recruitment agency headquartered in Nairobi, focuses on domestic placements within hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics—while also facilitating international opportunities in the Gulf for Kenyan professionals. Additionally, we are developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System, an AI Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board. Our organization maintains a lean, agile team structure. The selected candidate will occupy a pivotal role in driving our expansion.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic role focused on driving excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in [relevant field], along with proven expertise in [specific skill or area]. Responsibilities include [key responsibility 1], [key responsibility 2], and [key responsibility 3], ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and adherence to best practices.

Candidates must meet the following requirements: [requirement 1], [requirement 2], and [requirement 3], along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additional assets include [preferred qualification 1] and [preferred qualification 2], which will strengthen the application. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while growing within a supportive and forward-thinking organization.

This is not a traditional sales or marketing job.

We seek an individual who approaches work through a systems-oriented mindset, designs and implements automated pipelines requiring minimal manual intervention, and assumes full accountability for revenue outcomes.

Phase 1 (Months 1–3) entails overseeing employer acquisition, shifting business development from a reactive to a proactive approach, constructing a CRM system from the ground up, and establishing operational frameworks tailored to both local and Gulf markets.

Phase 3 (beginning in Month 3) involves executing the go-to-market strategy for our three AI-driven talent solutions: the AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and Visa-Sponsored Job Board.

What You’ll Do

Drive the complete employer acquisition process, encompassing every stage from initial prospect identification through to successful deal closure.

Develop and implement strategic outbound outreach initiatives targeting companies with active hiring needs across Kenya.

Experienced professionals will leverage strong consultative selling skills to secure and finalize long-term retainer agreements with key clients across the hospitality, healthcare, and construction industries.

Select, configure, and maintain the company’s chosen Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Design and execute organized follow-up sequences tailored to each prospect to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.

Develop and refine the employer onboarding process from start to finish while establishing and nurturing partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies.

Prepare weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards for the Chief Executive Officer, summarizing key performance indicators and progress metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Beginning with the third month, provide support for the preliminary commercial launch activities associated with the three AI talent-focused product offerings.

Your First 90 Days

Month one entails conducting a comprehensive review of the present pipeline, implementing and configuring the CRM system, compiling an extensive list of more than 200 prospective employers, and initiating contact with these targets.

Month two entails conducting comprehensive outreach efforts across the entire list, securing at least five employer clients, and identifying key targets within Gulf-based agencies.

Month 3 involves achieving acquisition targets, implementing AI-driven product outreach strategies, and presenting a comprehensive 6-month growth plan.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales operations, growth strategies, or recruitment operations, you have successfully developed and managed a CRM pipeline from the ground up.

Capable of taking ownership of a revenue target and delivering consistent accountability for its attainment on a weekly basis.

The candidate must demonstrate a systems-oriented mindset, including documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing effective solutions to address gaps.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling cold emails that consistently achieve high response rates.

A background in recruitment, human resources technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or business process outsourcing (BPO) would be considered beneficial.

Based in Nairobi, this role requires full-time, on-site availability.

A strong fit requires comfort with data-driven accountability on a weekly basis, a willingness to engage in outbound pipelines, and the ability to work within a system that may require customization and iterative development rather than relying on a fully built framework.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits. This position offers a robust package designed to attract and retain top talent in the industry. Eligible employees will receive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans with company matching contributions. Additional perks include paid time off, professional development opportunities, and performance-based bonuses. The company strives to ensure fair and equitable compensation while providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Develops and maintains detailed specifications for hardware and software components, ensuring alignment with system requirements and industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define component functionalities, interfaces, and performance metrics. Conducts thorough analysis to validate compatibility and resolve integration challenges, while documenting specifications for future reference and compliance. Ensures components meet quality benchmarks, regulatory obligations, and project timelines through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Earn a monthly gross salary ranging from KES 80,000 to KES 120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

A signing bonus of KES 5,000 is offered for each successfully acquired client.

We offer a competitive 5% commission on all placement fees generated through your network.

Gulf Partnership offers a signing bonus of KES 15,000 for each duly executed agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Achieving quarterly targets grants eligibility for a performance bonus of KES 30,000, disbursed upon successful completion of each quarter.

Top performers who achieve all Month 3 targets will receive a monthly total compensation ranging from KES 130,000 to KES 180,000.

A performance-based salary adjustment will be conducted following a 90-day review period.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to professional growth through a structured career development program. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, adaptability to evolving industry demands, and a proactive approach to overcoming professional challenges. Responsibilities include participating in mentorship initiatives, engaging in targeted training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive personal and organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of relevant work experience, and a proven track record of leadership or initiative in prior roles. Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset are essential for thriving in this position.

We developed a proprietary revenue-generating platform entirely from the ground up, designing and implementing every component to drive measurable financial impact. This initiative began as an internal tool to optimize workflow efficiency but evolved into a scalable solution adopted across multiple departments. By integrating automation with customer-facing features, the system streamlined operations while introducing new monetization pathways. Within six months of deployment, it contributed to a 15% increase in quarterly revenue, demonstrating its effectiveness in capturing untapped market opportunities. The platform also reduced operational costs by 22% through process automation, further enhancing profitability. Its success led to expanded adoption, with additional teams integrating it into their workflows and external clients licensing the technology. Key to its performance were rigorous data analysis, iterative testing, and a user-centric approach to ensure seamless adoption and sustained growth. The initiative not only met its original objectives but also established a foundation for future innovation within the organization.
