About Us

Infinite Talent Recruiters, a NEA-licensed recruitment agency headquartered in Nairobi, specializes in domestic placements within hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics sectors, as well as international Gulf opportunities for Kenyan professionals. Additionally, we are developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System, an AI Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board. Operating as a lean, agile team, this role is pivotal to our expansion trajectory.

The Role

This role diverges from conventional sales or marketing positions.

We seek a strategic thinker who excels at designing and implementing automated systems, ensuring seamless operations with minimal intervention, and who assumes full accountability for revenue outcomes.

Phase 1 (Months 1–3) involves leading employer acquisition, shifting business development from a reactive to a proactive approach, establishing a CRM system from the ground up, and developing operational infrastructure tailored to both local and Gulf markets.

Phase 3 commences after Month 2, focusing on the strategic rollout and commercial execution of our three AI-driven talent solutions: the AI Applicant Tracking System, AI Resume Builder, and Visa-Sponsored Job Board.

What You’ll Do

Drive the entire employer acquisition lifecycle, beginning with strategic prospecting and culminating in successful deal closure.

Develop and implement targeted outbound outreach initiatives to engage companies with active hiring needs across Kenya.

Craft and finalize retainer agreements with key clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and construction industries, driving both acquisition and closure of these pivotal partnerships.

Select, configure, and oversee the company’s CRM platform, choosing from industry-leading options such as Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business objectives.

Create and execute well-organized follow-up sequences tailored to each prospect to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales pipeline.

Develop and enhance the employer onboarding process from start to finish while establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies.

Compile weekly pipeline reports and design KPI dashboards for presentation to the CEO.

Starting from the third month, the role will involve facilitating the early commercial launch of all three AI talent-related products.

We invite you to embark on a structured 90-day onboarding journey designed to provide comprehensive training and support as you settle into your new role. During this period, you will become thoroughly acquainted with our company’s policies, procedures, and core values, while also developing familiarity with your specific job functions and responsibilities. Our team will collaborate closely with you to ensure a smooth transition, offering guidance and resources to help you reach optimal performance levels. Expect regular check-ins and constructive feedback to track your progress and address any areas for improvement. By the conclusion of this period, you will have gained the essential knowledge and skills required to thrive in your position and contribute meaningfully to our organization’s success.

During the initial month, conduct a comprehensive audit of the current pipeline, configure the CRM system, compile a targeted employer list encompassing over 200 potential leads, and initiate outreach efforts.

Month two entails executing the entire outreach list, securing the first five employer clients, and pinpointing key Gulf agency prospects.

By the end of Month 3, you will have achieved acquisition targets, initiated AI-driven product outreach initiatives, and finalized a comprehensive 6-month growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Seeking a professional with at least three years of experience in business development, sales operations, growth, or recruitment operations who have successfully established or overseen a CRM pipeline from the ground up.

Capable of assuming ownership of a revenue target and effectively managing accountability for its weekly performance.

A systems-oriented professional who designs, documents, and refines workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and implements tailored solutions to optimize performance.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling cold emails that consistently generate responses.

Professional experience in recruitment, human resources technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or business process outsourcing (BPO) would be considered beneficial.

Based in Nairobi, this full-time position requires on-site availability.

This role may not be suitable if you require a fully developed system to operate within, favor inbound-only workflows, or are hesitant about adhering to weekly data-driven accountability measures.

Compensation for this position includes a competitive salary range, comprehensive health benefits, and a robust retirement savings plan, along with performance-based bonuses. Additionally, employees enjoy flexible work arrangements, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. The compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent while fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams—including developers, architects, and quality assurance specialists—to refine specifications, resolve integration challenges, and validate the component’s operational readiness. Monitors ongoing performance metrics and conducts periodic assessments to detect potential inefficiencies or deviations, implementing corrective measures as needed to uphold system integrity and reliability.

A monthly base salary ranging from KES 80,000 to KES 120,000 is offered for this position.

We offer a competitive signing bonus of KES 5,000 for each successfully secured client.

A 5% commission on placement fees generated from your pipeline is required for this position.

Top-performing employees who achieve all Month 3 objectives will receive a monthly total compensation ranging between KES 130,000 and KES 180,000.

A performance-based salary adjustment will be implemented following a comprehensive review conducted after 90 days.

We offer structured advancement opportunities, enabling professionals to progress through various levels based on performance and experience. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years in a relevant field, coupled with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-specific tools and methodologies. The role demands adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
