Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the department. Maintain accurate records, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and nurture collaborative partnerships with governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, corporate sponsors, and key development stakeholders to foster mutual objectives.
Serve as an institutional ambassador at meetings, conferences, and events focused on resource mobilization initiatives.
To seek out and capitalize on available funding sources, such as grants, sponsorships, and donations, while proactively developing strategies to secure financial support for initiatives.
Craft compelling funding proposals and grant applications, meticulously tailored to engage donors and funding organizations, ensuring all submissions meet specified criteria and deadlines.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to assess resource requirements and establish funding priorities.
Provide support to faculty and researchers in obtaining funding for academic programs, projects, and research initiatives.
Plan and execute alumni networking events, mentorship initiatives, and fundraising campaigns to strengthen community engagement and support institutional goals.
Compile comprehensive reports detailing fund utilization and impact assessments for donors, senior management, and relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
