Our organization is currently seeking a Property Manager to supervise all aspects of property operations, maintain positive tenant relations, and ensure optimal revenue performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in software development, with at least three years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, along with familiarity with modern frameworks and tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions, with a focus on cloud-based architectures and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
• Knowledge of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL, and experience with data modeling and optimization techniques.
• Ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation within the team.

A qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, or Business, such as a diploma or degree, is required for this role.

Proven expertise in lease administration and tenant relations is essential, with a focus on maintaining compliance and fostering positive landlord-tenant interactions.

Proficiency in property laws and regulatory compliance is essential.

Exceptional interpersonal and analytical abilities are essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in effectively addressing challenges and conveying ideas clearly.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and property management systems is essential, with a strong emphasis on leveraging these tools to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
