What you’ll do
Develop and refine Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Automate processes, task routing, and approval workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Proficiently develop and implement system integrations leveraging SQL for database operations, APIs for seamless data exchange, and scripting languages to automate workflows.
Configure metadata schema, establish document structures, and implement robust security protocols to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Diagnose problems and enhance current solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
What you need
Professionals with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in workflow automation or electronic forms solutions, such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, or Adobe, are encouraged to apply.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche, including proficiency in Workflow, Forms, and the Admin Console, is required.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques is required.
Exceptional proficiency in analytical thinking and troubleshooting is required. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a keen ability to identify issues, evaluate potential solutions, and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner. This role demands a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Effective proficiency in advanced English communication is essential, enabling clear and articulate interaction in professional contexts.

Proficiency in C, JavaScript, or an applicable Software Development Kit (SDK) is required.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Internet Information Services (IIS) is essential for this role. Familiarity with these platforms is required to support identity management and web server administration tasks effectively.
LCP certification demonstrates proficiency in Liquified Compressed Petroleum gas handling, encompassing installation, maintenance, and safety protocols for systems involving LPG. Candidates must possess a valid certification from an accredited institution and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards, performing repairs, and providing training to personnel on proper usage and emergency response procedures.
