Job Purpose
This position is tasked with overseeing the brand strategy for M.P. Shah Hospital, safeguarding brand integrity while promoting offerings that align with the evolving needs of both current and prospective stakeholders through strategic PR and marketing initiatives.
Develops and implements strategic plans, policies, and procedures to ensure organizational alignment and operational efficiency. Leads cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards. Oversees budget preparation, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize performance and mitigate risks. The brand manager is tasked with upholding brand consistency by meticulously reviewing all hospital documents before their release. They spearhead the creation of all hospital communication materials, ensuring not only adherence to brand standards but also maintaining visibility through consistent content development for marketing purposes.
The brand manager collaborates with all hospital departments, offering assistance in various capacities, including developing patient educational materials, editing and restructuring documents, and providing signage and branding materials.
Ensure comprehensive coverage across mainstream and alternative media platforms while driving social media engagement to a monthly target of 1.6%.
Campaigns & Proposals – Develop detailed proposals for upcoming monthly campaigns, allocate appropriate budgets for each initiative, and coordinate outreach efforts with key partners—including influencers, media outlets, and hospital departments—before executing the campaigns with precision.
Key metrics will be monitored to evaluate performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. These indicators will include measurable targets such as productivity rates, quality benchmarks, and efficiency levels. Regular assessments will be conducted to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights. Data-driven decisions will be emphasized to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
