MAJOR FUNCTIONS

The Finance Specialist plays a vital role in delivering operational and analytical support to the Secretariat Finance Business Partnering team. This position involves coordinating standard financial processes, managing trackers and systems, assisting with period-end and high-volume workloads, and upholding data accuracy and integrity within financial platforms. Additionally, the role aids the team in grant management activities by maintaining precise records, preparing documentation, and facilitating processes throughout grant initiation, monitoring, reporting, and closure phases.

Required Qualifications.
