Position Overview
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all farm operations adhere to applicable local regulations, corporate policies, and international certification requirements, such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates extensively with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and every field and production team to uphold compliance standards, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace culture rooted in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and drive performance efficiency.
