Oversee key operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and optimize resource allocation. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues promptly.

The incumbent is responsible for tracking updates in applicable laws and regulatory frameworks impacting corporate operations, ensuring the Management is promptly informed of all pertinent changes.

Maintain meticulous and accurate records of meeting minutes to ensure comprehensive documentation.

Assist with the organization and coordination of board meetings as well as annual general meetings.

Prepare agendas and schedules for both board meetings and annual general meetings, ensuring all items are organized and timed appropriately.

Ensure that all statutory declarations are filed in compliance with the relevant legal requirements.

Maintain the accuracy and currency of the register of directors and secretary.

Assist the Company Secretary in maintaining efficient and punctual distribution of Board materials to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports and letters in accordance with established deadlines to maintain compliance with reporting requirements.

Guarantee that all statutory filings are completed and submitted within the designated deadlines to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Consistent evaluation of governance documentation is required to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Assist the Company Secretary in compiling board materials, in addition to performing other related duties.

Assist in developing and executing training programs for both new and current directors, focusing on corporate governance principles, as well as their respective duties and responsibilities.

Provide assistance to the Company Secretary in offering guidance to the Board regarding legal, governance, accounting, and tax-related issues.

Job Qualifications: Candidates must possess a comprehensive skill set tailored to the demands of the position. Proficiency in relevant software applications, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Additionally, prior experience in a similar role, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are required.
