JOB SUMMARY
The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services is designed to strategically drive organizational expansion by proactively identifying new recruitment and placement opportunities, fostering enduring client partnerships, and ensuring commercial initiatives align with the company’s overarching strategic vision.
He or she will prioritize revenue growth initiatives while cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial alliances.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and assessing value propositions that secure enduring competitive advantages for the organization.
This position seeks a proactive and results-oriented professional with exceptional communication abilities. Previous experience in a comparable role, along with a solid understanding of onboarding both domestic and international clients for recruitment and placement services, would be highly beneficial.

Professional Experience and Educational Background Necessary
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles. Proficiency in financial software, including advanced Excel and ERP systems, is essential. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A recognized institution of learning must award a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
With a minimum of three years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment and staffing industry, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively selling recruitment and placement solutions.
Proven capability to recognize and leverage business opportunities by employing strategic thinking and comprehensive market analysis.
Exceptional proficiency in communication and negotiation, enabling the ability to shape strategic decisions across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated mastery in designing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies that drive measurable growth and market expansion.

Skilled in using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems is required.
