Oversee assigned functional responsibilities with diligence and precision, ensuring adherence to organizational objectives and operational standards. Execute designated tasks in alignment with established guidelines, maintaining accountability for outcomes and deliverables. Address functional requirements through systematic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment, resolve interdepartmental challenges, and uphold collaborative workflows. Document processes, track progress, and report key metrics to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of microwave radios, LTE/GSM equipment, and other telecom infrastructure at both tower and rooftop sites, along with ongoing maintenance activities.

Perform rigorous Physical Acceptance Tests (PAT) and comprehensive site quality inspections on newly installed equipment and infrastructure to validate compliance with established specifications and standards.

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on telecom equipment to maintain optimal network performance and reliability.

Conduct diagnosis and replacement of malfunctioning radio, transmission, and power systems in tower and rooftop installations.

Support network optimization efforts by conducting drive tests, performing detailed signal analysis, diagnosing faults, and implementing performance enhancement initiatives.

Maintain and support critical electrical power infrastructure, including rectifiers, battery banks, diesel engine generators (DEG), power distribution networks, grounding systems, and site-wide electrical protection mechanisms.

Ensure adherence to electrical engineering standards and safety regulations by conducting thorough monitoring and inspection of site electrical installations.

Perform routine inspection and maintenance on tower and rooftop infrastructure, encompassing tasks such as rust treatment, verification of earthing system integrity, and structural evaluations.

Perform comprehensive site evaluations, technical analyses, and feasibility evaluations to support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancements.

Facilitate the execution of network upgrades, modernization initiatives, and the introduction of new technology deployments.

Compile maintenance reports, incident reports, acceptance documentation, and operational records with precision and punctuality.

Ensure efficient field operations and adherence to standards by overseeing daily activities, offering technical guidance, mentoring, and delegating tasks to the reporting technician.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in [industry/field, if applicable]; proficiency in [specific software/tools, if applicable]; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in telecom field operations, radio systems, or network maintenance is required.

Professionals should possess practical expertise and in-depth familiarity with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of microwave radio systems, as well as LTE/GSM equipment.

Vendors with applicable certifications will receive preferential consideration during the evaluation process.

A foundational knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, including AC/DC power systems, rectifiers, generators, batteries, grounding techniques, and electrical safety protocols is required.

A current Fall Arrest Certification is required, with a minimum of one year remaining before its expiration date.

Certification or formal training in RF Awareness, Health Safety and Environment (HSE), and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DISH) regulations is required.

Physically and medically capable of performing duties at elevated heights and in outdoor environments is required.
