Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, preferably holding a degree in a related discipline. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard software. Must demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous professional growth. Experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus, as is familiarity with current industry trends and best practices.
A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related discipline is required; possession of a master’s degree will be viewed favorably.
A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, survey research, and reporting is required.
Proven expertise in designing survey sampling methodologies, implementing weighting techniques, and conducting comprehensive quantitative research analysis is required.
Required is a strong command of statistical and analytical tools, including SPSS, STATE, R, Python, and advanced functionalities in MS Excel.
Possesses expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT).
Demonstrates a solid grasp of research methodologies, questionnaire design, and data quality assurance procedures.
Proven expertise in managing extensive, intricate datasets and converting analytical findings into practical, strategic recommendations.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in data analysis, resolving complex issues efficiently, and exercising sound judgment in decision-making processes.
Exceptional proficiency in communication, adept at delivering compelling presentations, and skilled in crafting detailed reports are essential.
