Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, development studies, or an equivalent field is required.
With a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in communications, impact reporting, and fundraising communications, preferably in a non-profit, NGO, or healthcare environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in these specialized areas.
Proven expertise in crafting compelling narratives, developing engaging content, and delivering impactful donor communications is essential.
Skilled in utilizing graphic design and multimedia software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, and Premiere Pro, among other comparable tools.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and social media management is required.
Analytical, creative, and interpersonal communication abilities are essential for this role.
Proficiency in ethical storytelling, safeguarding protocols, and maintaining beneficiary confidentiality is essential.
A well-curated portfolio that highlights impact reports, donor communications, graphic design, and video production would provide additional benefits to your application.
