Tailored for those with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or related areas, this entry-level program equips aspiring professionals with the skills needed for a career in advanced surveillance and hospitality security.
Overseeing a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence, you will be tasked with driving key initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and maintaining alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders, your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable results that support organizational goals. Additionally, you will be expected to lead a high-performing team, foster innovation, and uphold compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will require strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Operate and manage CCTV systems to maintain the safety and security of the premises, ensuring continuous surveillance and protection. Monitor the feeds vigilantly to detect any suspicious activities or unauthorized access, responding promptly to potential threats. Record all incidents with precision and detail, documenting them thoroughly for future reference and reporting. Ensure that all observations and events are communicated immediately to the appropriate personnel or authorities for timely intervention and resolution.
Support the Security team by contributing to daily operational tasks and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols while safeguarding confidential information and upholding organizational standards.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring roles. Preferred qualifications include a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a field related to security studies.
Proficiency in managing and operating surveillance systems and IT infrastructure is required.
Demonstrates exceptional integrity, keen attention to detail, and strict adherence to established protocols. Exhibits outstanding collaboration and communication skills, fostering effective teamwork and clear information exchange.
The remuneration package comprises a base salary along with performance-based incentives, structured to align with both individual and company-wide objectives.
