Series Luxury Suites presents an Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specializing in CCTV Operations. This introductory program is tailored for candidates with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or comparable fields, aiming to cultivate a career in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing a broad range of operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth while maintaining compliance with established policies and industry standards. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and alignment on goals and deliverables.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to safeguard premises, ensuring continuous monitoring and security. Document and promptly report any incidents with precision and attention to detail.
Support the Security team by assisting with daily operations and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Safeguard sensitive information and consistently adhere to the company’s established standards and protocols.
Requirements
We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Educational prerequisites include a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in disciplines related to security.
Professional individuals should possess foundational experience with surveillance system operations and IT management.
Demonstrates exceptional integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to established protocols. Exhibits strong collaborative abilities and clear, effective communication skills when working within a team environment.

The monthly net salary for this position is KES 15,000.
