Qualifications & Experience:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or possess an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within a fast-paced environment, is strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, is required. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines are highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, finance, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A master’s degree would be considered a valuable asset.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in banking or financial services is required, including at least 5 years specifically dedicated to agribusiness financing or closely related fields.

Sector Expertise: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of agricultural value chains, climate-smart agricultural methodologies, and financial solutions tailored to rural communities.

Seasoned in guiding teams and directing interdepartmental initiatives, with a demonstrated history of success.

Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities are essential to effectively collaborate with and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
