Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing team performance, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for budget oversight, resource allocation, and reporting key metrics to senior leadership.

Responsible for onboarding new sellers to the Fiji platform, ensuring they are properly registered and have all necessary information and support to begin selling.

Drive revenue growth by actively promoting and securing sales of Fiji Premium Services to prospective clients, leveraging strategic outreach and consultative techniques to highlight value propositions and close deals.

*Seeking a highly motivated individual with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies, is required. Excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.*

Equipped with a smartphone, the ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing its various applications and features to facilitate seamless communication and task management.
