Oversee and execute critical operational duties with precision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain robust processes to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance across all business functions. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to facilitate clear communication and strategic alignment. Monitor industry advancements and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies at all times.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling Sacco products and services to potential members, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of each offering.

Proactively attract and onboard new clients by guiding them through the account creation process with efficiency and clarity.

Leverage member deposits to bolster account funding strategies and initiatives.

Leverage strategic initiatives to uncover and capitalize on emerging business prospects across designated territories.

Develop and nurture meaningful connections with existing members and prospective clients alike.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and facilitate informative customer education sessions to enhance understanding and drive adoption.

Proactively engage with potential clients, cultivating relationships and guiding them through the conversion process to become active members.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and analyze evolving customer demands and competitive landscape dynamics.

Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Drive consistent progress toward established sales and membership expansion objectives.

We seek a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, though equivalent work experience may be considered. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline will be considered a valuable asset for this position.

Proven ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy is required.

A minimum of six months’ relevant experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a comparable field is required.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions is essential.

Capable of working autonomously with a strong track record of achieving deliverables with limited oversight.

A strong commitment to ethical standards, professional conduct, and exceptional customer service is essential.

Professional appearance and strict adherence to the organization’s dress code and established standards are required.
