Coordinate with the Administrative Team to maintain the visitor tracking system, ensuring all visitors either receive a security briefing before traveling or within 24 hours of their arrival.

Assist the Operation Coordinator with the preparation of regular security reports and maintain the precise updating of all relevant databases at all times.

Support the compilation of daily security data to enhance monthly reporting and inform strategic decision-making processes.

Facilitate the logistical coordination and preparatory arrangements required for field visit support.

Revise and sustain a current security and communication hierarchy while performing monthly evaluations of the structure to ensure its effectiveness.
