Sales Category Management: Spearhead brand ownership and strategic positioning for all pharmaceutical and related products on a national scale. Drive the development of high-impact marketing campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and reinforcing brand objectives. Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility.
Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for Team Leaders, Sales Supervisors, and Medical/Sales Representatives to cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.
Supplier and Customer Management: Cultivate and sustain strategic alliances with essential suppliers to uphold product availability and stringent quality benchmarks. Develop and fortify customer relationships to drive elevated satisfaction levels and foster loyalty, adjusting methodologies in response to client input.
Develop and implement strategic approaches for inventory oversight and debt collection, alongside credit management, aimed at reducing overdue accounts while fostering enduring customer relationships.
The Commercial Unit’s budget, encompassing gross profit (GP) and overall unit profitability, must be managed with precision. Financial accountability for key metrics—such as return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives—is critical. Responsibilities include developing and executing annual budgets, followed by rigorous oversight to ensure adherence to financial targets, with adjustments made as necessary to sustain performance.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role.
