.Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, specifically Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and customer education initiatives regarding top-up procedures.
Works hand-in-hand with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track sales strategies within the designated territory.
Monitor SLA compliance for both acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure alignment with established service level agreements.
Devices must be recovered from customers who have not complied with the required terms and conditions.
Deliver first-tier assistance by addressing and resolving customer issues through on-site troubleshooting.
Customer issues that cannot be resolved at the initial stage are elevated for further investigation and resolution, ensuring comprehensive support is provided.
Network problems are resolved by escalating them through the appropriate channels to ensure prompt attention and resolution. This involves identifying, documenting, and communicating issues to the relevant teams or supervisors for further investigation and action. The goal is to minimize downtime and restore normal operations efficiently.
Daily compilation and analysis of performance metrics to assess goal attainment.
Track monthly market trends for assigned territories and conduct comprehensive analyses to identify evolving patterns and opportunities.
Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
Preparation of ad-hoc reports as and when required
Track and analyze competitor actions, then prepare comprehensive reports on their strategies and movements.
Deliver customer insights and propose tailored products or services that align with their specific requirements and preferences.
Devise and implement comprehensive on-ground marketing campaigns, including road shows, property promotions, and mall activations, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
A familiarity with current trends in telecom and fixed wireless technologies serves as a valuable asset to the role.
We seek candidates with a minimum of one year of outdoor sales experience, ideally within the telecommunications sector, though this is not a strict requirement.
Commercial acumen involves comprehending the competitive environment, available products, pricing structures, and incentive frameworks.
A strong familiarity with 5G and Fixed Wireless Services solutions is essential, requiring a solid grasp of technological advancements and their applications.
