We are looking for an energetic and high-performing Sales Consultant to enhance our dynamic performance team. This position focuses on connecting with prospective B2B clients, identifying their unique requirements, and delivering customized solutions to boost sales and ensure customer success.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing core operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Facilitate effective collaboration across departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Serve as a pivotal point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries with professionalism and precision. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks and fostering a culture of accountability.

Effectively engage with a minimum of 80 B2B leads on a weekly basis.

Consistently monitor and pursue leads through telephone and electronic correspondence to assess project specifications, deadlines, and client expectations.

Develop and dispatch quotations promptly to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Ensure timely and systematic follow-up on quotations to finalize agreements and resolve any client inquiries or issues effectively.

Conduct and coordinate conference calls to resolve technical inquiries from clients in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities include ensuring precise documentation of sales activities while consistently meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPI targets.

Leverage exceptional negotiation abilities to finalize agreements and cultivate enduring client partnerships.

Represent the organization at industry conferences and trade exhibitions to uncover and cultivate potential business prospects.

Perform ongoing market research to ensure awareness of current industry trends and competitor actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with software development methodologies and best practices is necessary. Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and system design principles is expected. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are crucial. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams are important. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required. Knowledge of agile development processes is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated success in high-value sales, ideally within the fiber optic solutions sector.
