The incumbent will oversee the secure, precise, and efficient preparation, dispensing, and inventory management of medications across all pharmacy units at Premier Hospital, including the First Floor Pharmacy, Chemotherapy Section, Main Pharmacy, and Main Store. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strict adherence to safety protocols, strong collaborative skills, and full compliance with regulatory standards to uphold the highest levels of patient care and medication safety.

The primary responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves managing project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders. Oversee the inventory of pharmaceutical products within dispensing pharmacies.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting is essential. Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Holding a Pharmacy Diploma is essential for this role.

Requires a minimum of two years of professional experience, including at least one year in a high-volume hospital environment.
