RESPONSIBILITIES

Oracle ERP applications, databases, and related systems require proficient administration, comprehensive training delivery, and responsive support services to ensure operational efficiency and user proficiency.

ICT initiatives encompass a diverse range of projects, including those focused on Network, Security, Software, Hardware, and Application development, each requiring meticulous planning and execution.

Maintain the uninterrupted functionality and efficiency of core systems and communications infrastructure.

Develop and execute an IT strategic plan that aligns with and supports the organization’s corporate and business objectives.

Maintain the security and integrity of systems and equipment consistently at all times.

Develop and execute the organization’s information and communications technology policies.

ICT Asset Allocation and Management involves strategically distributing and overseeing information and communication technology resources to optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires evaluating technology needs, balancing investments across hardware, software, and infrastructure, and implementing policies to ensure compliance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include asset tracking, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation while supporting seamless integration and operational continuity. Proficiency in asset management frameworks, budgeting, and analytical tools is essential to deliver data-driven insights and maintain robust IT governance.

Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of the Local Area Network to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

The procurement and administration of IT service provider agreements encompass evaluating vendors, negotiating terms, and overseeing contractual obligations to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.

The responsibility includes sourcing and acquiring information and communication technology equipment to meet organizational needs. This role requires evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality ICT assets. Additionally, the position involves managing inventory levels, verifying compliance with technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ICT market trends are essential to optimize cost-efficiency and maintain operational readiness.

Provide assistance to senior management in executing online tendering procedures.

Provide technical assistance for audio and video teleconferencing systems to ensure seamless communication.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this position. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish is essential. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is necessary, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is strongly preferred. Knowledge of database management systems and software development methodologies is also required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or individuals possessing equivalent technical expertise gained through professional experience are encouraged to apply.

ERP deployment expertise, along with strong support and usage skills, is required for this role.

A background in CCNA training is preferred, while GCSE certification or equivalent hands-on experience is mandatory.

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in IT support, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional service to end-users.

Possesses advanced expertise in technical management, data analysis, and the integration of hardware and software systems. Demonstrates proficiency in overseeing technical projects, interpreting complex datasets, and ensuring seamless collaboration between hardware and software components.

Proven experience in data management and data governance frameworks is essential.

Proficient in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Safe frameworks, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams through iterative development cycles. Demonstrates expertise in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Skilled in adapting to evolving project requirements while maintaining clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the development process. Capable of utilizing agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps to track progress, manage workflows, and ensure transparency across teams.

Seasoned professionals with a strong background in configuring, installing, and maintaining both wired and wireless LAN infrastructures and firewall systems are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience deploying and managing these network solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
