Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, complemented by a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and MATLAB are essential. Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are required. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in electrical work is mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies in the field.

Experienced professionals with a track record of 3 to 4 years in the field are encouraged to apply.

Oversee and execute a range of critical responsibilities central to the role, including leading project initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements while troubleshooting system issues promptly.

Facilitate a variety of initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring participation and alignment with organizational goals.

Individuals must possess a solid comprehension of compliance regulations and standards to ensure adherence to legal and industry requirements.
