Assess Room Attendants for potential promotions, commendations, and terminations based on performance evaluations.

Maintain a daily Masterful and document all overtime hours and special days worked by room attendants.

Reserve accommodations for scheduled maintenance and deep-cleaning initiatives, ensuring timely updates are provided to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Promptly notify Engineering and the Executive Housekeeper of any identified machinery defects to ensure timely follow-up.

Manage VIP, Make Up, Early Arrival, and DND cleaning priorities with precision and efficiency.

Manages procurement and inventory of work supplies and consumables in accordance with approved budget allocations while ensuring all Room

Attendants are thoroughly equipped with cleaning supplies, amenities, and other essential materials to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for guests.

Ensures the guest is informed promptly about any service disruptions or delays to maintain transparency and satisfaction.

Coordinate with the Coordinator regarding any emergencies that arise during the shift, such as newly identified traces, rooms that cannot be sold as planned, allocation modifications, guest requests, and maintenance follow-ups.

Maintain a consistently high standard of personal grooming among all Room Attendants.

Facilitate periodic one-on-one meetings with Room Attendants to review performance, outline training initiatives, and address any disciplinary measures as required.
