Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is also necessary. Candidates must be able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
Candidates are required to possess a Diploma in the designated fields.
A recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required.
