With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in database administration, proficiency in Oracle and/or SQL Server platforms is required.
Renowned proficiency in implementing and managing high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, specifically Data Guard and Availability Groups.
Proficiency in leveraging performance tuning and troubleshooting tools, including Automatic Workload Repository (AWR), Active Session History (ASH), and execution plans, is required.
Proficiency in implementing and managing backup and recovery procedures using MAN and native tools is required.
Experienced professionals with a solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with OCI is highly desirable for candidates seeking to leverage its capabilities in this role.
Proficient in Linux/Unix system administration, with a comprehensive understanding of their architectures, functionalities, and operational frameworks.
