Job Profile:

Signature Healthcare Limited, a globally certified enterprise meeting ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22301:2019, WHO-GDP standards and holding Blue Certification, is actively seeking a Pharmaceutical Technologist specializing in warehousing to integrate into its dynamic workforce.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership capacity. Must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, along with expertise in system design and architecture. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to mentor junior developers are critical. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of databases, cloud computing, and security best practices.

The Supply Chain Intern will collaborate closely with members of the supply chain team to assist in multiple operational functions and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes.

Overseeing a comprehensive range of tasks and obligations, the incumbent will be accountable for executing key functions essential to the role. This encompasses managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the position demands the ability to troubleshoot issues promptly, foster collaboration among team members, and uphold compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. The role may also involve conducting performance evaluations, providing mentorship to junior staff, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.

Support the procurement cycle by identifying suitable suppliers, soliciting competitive quotes, and executing purchase orders as required.

Revise inventory management processes by overseeing stock monitoring, coordinating replenishment efforts, and ensuring inventory accuracy through systematic verification.

Support the evaluation of demand projections and inventory data to enhance replenishment strategies and reduce the occurrence of stock shortages.

Work in partnership with logistics providers to guarantee the punctual arrival of goods and materials, aligning with production schedules and fulfilling customer expectations.

You will support the tracking and monitoring of shipments by maintaining accurate status updates and addressing any transportation-related issues or delays as they arise.

Provide support in ensuring the precision of records and documentation concerning procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

Engage in strategic supply chain enhancement initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows and boosting overall operational effectiveness.

Provide analytical support and generate reports to deliver insights on supply chain performance, uncovering opportunities for enhancement.

Collaborate with the team to perform supplier assessments and evaluate their performance, guaranteeing adherence to established quality benchmarks and service level commitments.

Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the supply chain team by managing data entry tasks, organizing and maintaining files, and handling essential documentation.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with three years of hands-on experience in a professional setting. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software tools and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should exhibit a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with relevant regulations or standards within the field is also required.
