Responsibilities include instructing clients on our POS and ERP systems, delivering product showcases, assisting with system implementations, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Train customers in the efficient utilization of Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems, ensuring they acquire the proficiency needed to maximize system capabilities.
Deliver engaging software demonstrations, facilitate informative presentations, and lead comprehensive product walkthroughs to effectively showcase features and functionalities.
Assist with the deployment of software solutions and facilitate the integration of new users into the system.
Provide clients with guidance on setup procedures, resolve technical issues through troubleshooting, and deliver comprehensive user support services.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and strong analytical skills are essential. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are also required. Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to meet tight deadlines are highly desirable.
A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, or Business is required for this position.
