Qualification
Must have
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Professional Version:
Holds active registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
A minimum of three years of hands-on training experience within a comparable institution is required.
A valid registration as a Technical Trainer with THETA is required.
Key responsibilities also encompass collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, identifying and addressing potential challenges proactively, and maintaining rigorous adherence to established timelines and quality standards. Additionally, the role demands the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and translate findings into strategic recommendations that drive informed decision-making. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting updates to stakeholders, negotiating priorities, and fostering alignment across departments. The position also requires meticulous attention to detail when reviewing documentation, verifying compliance with policies, and mitigating risks to uphold operational integrity.
Develop and deliver course materials for assigned units, strictly adhering to the established curriculum and course outline.
Development of educational resources, ensuring prompt creation and submission of professional documentation, and maintaining systematic records to track student progress, performance, and attendance.
We are responsible for designing, creating, and implementing customized learning plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Evaluate student work and track their academic progress to ensure continuous improvement and identify areas needing additional support or intervention.
Participate in the course evaluation process and modify delivery methods to align with student requirements.
Responsibilities include evaluating Trainees’ Assessment Tests (C.A. Ts) and end-of-term assessments, followed by prompt entry of scores into the designated Management Information System (MIS) for assigned units.
Conduct practical training sessions for trainees and oversee the compilation and upkeep of their evidence portfolios.
Overseeing students throughout assessment periods involves ensuring adherence to established protocols, maintaining a secure and conducive environment, and addressing any concerns that may arise during evaluations. This role requires vigilance, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide clear instructions while monitoring compliance with assessment guidelines. Additionally, the position entails promptly resolving issues that could impact the integrity or fairness of the evaluation process.
We play a vital role in shaping, organizing, and executing a superior curriculum to ensure educational excellence and alignment with institutional goals.
Attends and actively contributes to departmental meetings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and collaborative decision-making processes.
