Proficiency in production planning methodologies, quality management systems, and adherence to safety regulations is required.
Proven expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, process optimization techniques, and familiarity with ISO standards are advantageous qualifications for this role.

Oversee the daily manufacturing operations for paint production, including scheduling, resource allocation, batching, mixing, grinding, tinting, and packaging, while ensuring efficient achievement of production targets.
Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and manufacturing guidelines while spearheading ongoing enhancements, waste minimization strategies, and operational performance improvements.
Lead, direct, and oversee production teams while collaborating closely with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to optimize equipment utilization and uphold maintenance standards.
Reporting and performance monitoring entail tracking plant productivity, downtime, KPIs, and operational performance, as well as compiling production and management reports.
