Series Luxury Suites presents a structured Apprenticeship within our Security Department, specializing in CCTV Operations. Tailored for candidates with fewer than two years of experience in security monitoring or comparable fields, this entry-level initiative aims to cultivate expertise in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts, allocate resources, and foster collaboration. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through diligent oversight and proactive risk management. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership to inform decision-making. Serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate transparent communication and relationship management.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to safeguard premises and ensure security, while documenting and reporting incidents with precision and urgency.
The Security team receives assistance for day-to-day operations and compliance-related tasks while ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality protocols and company-established standards.
Requirements
We seek candidates with up to two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Applicants must hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a security-related field.
Proficiency with surveillance technologies and IT infrastructure is required, encompassing an understanding of system operations and data management protocols.
A keen eye for detail, unwavering integrity, and strict adherence to established protocols define the ideal candidate, who also demonstrates exceptional collaboration and clear, effective communication abilities.
