The Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMI) spearheads the execution of key digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence, part of World Vision’s Global Technology & Digital Solutions division. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with a focus on embedded systems or firmware. Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python is essential, along with experience using version control systems like Git. Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTS) and proficiency in debugging tools are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Relevant certifications in embedded systems, such as those from ARM, Texas Instruments, or similar organizations, are a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required.

A recognized project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent credential, is required.

Agile or hybrid delivery certification in frameworks such as Scrum, Disciplined Agile, Safe, or equivalent methodologies is advantageous.
